While not entirely guilt free to the calorie conscious, our moist delicious cakes make for a plausible "temporary insanity" plea.

We take such pride in our cakes that we used to put our name on every cake that left our shop; a practice we discontinued after we found that most people like to have their own names on their cakes.

All kidding aside, cakes are what we do. We do them well and we strive to make sure that our shop is on the cutting edge of sugar art, so that those techniques and designs featured in the latest bridal magazines are available to our brides and grooms here locally. Our work has been featured nationally and internationally and won competitions in many different regional and international competitions.
